December 25, 2011.

Somehow I have this impulse of writing my blog posts like how the character, Charlie — The Perks of Being a Wallflower — writes his letter to his friend. I'm currently at Page 93 of the book. I think it's catching. His character. Or perhaps it is just me? I do tend to become the character of any book I'm reading. Strange habit, yes, but it's helpful. That way I could really feel the sadness, the joyfulness, sorrow and the whole emotions that the character is feeling. Yes, the whole caboodle-ness.

Anyway, my week has been fine so far. Except yesterday morning. Yesterday, someone from the Philippines called me but don't know who it was. I didn't got to answer my phone in time because I was fast asleep. It was three in the morning that time. Took me a couple of minutes before I could even realize that my phone had been vibrating. My phone is always on silent, so I couldn't actually hear it. Anyway, like I said, I didn't know who it was but for some reason I just have to know who called me. I don't like not answering people's call. Especially knowing the fact that it was from the Philippines. I'm curious to who had the audacity to call me knowing that it will cost them a lot. It makes me absolutely curious and I hate it.

It's Christmas night tonight and I'm here at home doing nothing. Erm, I don't feel like talking anymore. I might actually create a different post about Christmas next time. For now, Merry Christmas everyone!!! Hope you had a joyous one.

Subways

I like the subways. They're intriguing and exciting. Whenever me and my family goes to London, we always prefer riding the tube. Well, maybe seeing that we're not familiar with the streets or what buses to take to get to the places we wanted to in London, so I guess we don't have much of a choice anyway. Though I am not moaning. Of course not. I was just stating the fact. The subways are...fun. It makes me wonder and I ask myself, "where are these people going?" Or "why are they so much in a rush?"

I don't get why some people doesn't like the subway. I'm so weirded out when they tell me that. Perhaps because they don't appreciate it. I mean, really, it takes you to places at the quickest way possible. It lets you see that a singer doesn't need a stage to perform. And it doesn't gives me that nauseous feeling like what buses and cars does to me. It allows me to see a whole different world. A little busy world, but still.

I like the subways. I think they're magnificent. Whoever made it is an utter genius!

Curious Little Kat

Name: Katrina Lou Escalona
Known to the web as: curiouskatrina

She is famous to the Internet with her almond eyes for taking photos and all-in-all an amazing person. She is the "curious little kat". I was truly grateful that I met this person and be one of her friends, not just online. She is one of a kind! On the coming 29th will be our first Anniversary (yes, we're sweet like that) when we personally met each other back in London. As my gift to her, and partly because I've been egging to do this since day one, I chose her to be my first feature here in my blog. To showcase what an amazing and talented person she is to everyone.

Elle est Belle, n'est-ce pas?

So here's another couple more photos from the mini-shoot that Kat and I had, back in Iloilo. I didn't had the time to post them as soon as because my (work) schedules were wild and I was feeling lazy! Although last night my "inspirational juices" suddenly kick in; and as a result, I manage to process a bunch of them. Yaniee, our model, she is beautiful isn't she?

In love with the weather

My brother expressing his deep love
for the weather

I can't remember the last time I went out of the house and not because of work. Although we haven't done anything special today — not unless you consider 'shopping for food' special then okay — mainly because it was too cold! If food wasn't the reason to live, I doubt that we will go out and buy one. But hey, I am not saying that I hate this season. Winter is actually my favourite season out of the four. I just can't basically put up with the cold, that's all! I am, say, too wimpy for that thing!

Fret never, I am looking forward for more snow this year since we only had it once last year and it lasted for a week. I want a white Christmas for Christmas!

I like how my brother exaggeratedly pose showing how he loves the weather here. The rascal has quite a future in modelling, don't you agree? Anyway, keep safe everyone!
